The GearCats, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and North Carolina registered charity, rely on the support of sponsors and community members to provide life-changing STEM opportunities for students and impactful outreach programs in our community.
Unlike many school programs, the GearCats receive no funding from our school. We independently cover the costs of our off-campus build space, robot parts, tools, equipment, competition fees, transportation, insurance, computers, and educational materials.
