LEGO Robotics Club

Our students and mentors are excited to head into our fourth year of leading the robotics club at Brassfield Elementary School in Raleigh.  The GearCats encourage  interest in robotics, engineering, programming and STEM generally by helping the Brassfield students build and program First Lego League EV3 robots. 

Elementary/Middle School Outreach

The GearCats are excited to work with youngsters from all over Wake County through its Elementary/Middle School Outreach program. The GearCats bring their team and their robot to meet with small groups with hundreds of Wake County elementary and middle school students to share the excitement of STEM and robotics. The students learn from our team what it takes to build a functioning robot, share in the excitement of innovation, and may even get to drive!
